    There's no vaccine wastage. It's defined by each vaccine. We inoculate 8-9 people from a vial & not open a new one for 2-3 people. Only 1-2 doses from a vial are getting wasted which is permissible. Sometimes we inoculate 11 people from 1 vial.

    I would urge you to look into the issue of vaccine wastage on priority especially in the high wastage districts in the state as well to investigate the story published in Dainik Bhaskar regarding 500 vials found in waste bins which you would also agree is not acceptable.
