How to check Tentative Time Table for Summer 2021 Examination ?

There are 4 ways to check MSBTE Tentative Time Table for Summer 2021 Examination.

1. Institute-Wise Time Table
2. Course-Wise Time Table
3. Day-Wise Time Table

Steps to check Institute-Wise Time Table:

›› In the Institute-Wise Time Table, You can check tentative time table by selecting your institute. i.e. Bombay Institute of Technology, Government Polytechnic, Mumbai, etc.

›› You can also check the time table by entering your Institute Code. i.e. 10, 11, 12, etc.

Steps to check Course-Wise Time Table:

›› In the Course-Wise Time Table, You can check tentative time table by selecting your Course Code. i.e. Chemical Engineering ,Civil engineering, Computer Engineering,  etc. 

›› After selecting your Course Code, Select your Year/Semester. i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4,  etc.
Now select your Master Code . i.e.  A, C, E, G,  I,  etc.

Steps to check Day-Wise Time Table:  
››  In this section you can select any number from 1 to 18 (days), you can also select ALL.
›› After selecting a particular day or selecting ALL, Select Slot.  i.e. Morning, Afternoon. You can also select ALL Slots. 

 Steps to check Paper Code-Wise Time Table:

›› In this section you can select your Paper Code.
›› Choose your Paper Code like 0811, 12531, 22414, etc.

››After that the tentative time table for Summer-2021 Examination will be displayed on the screen.

››Download/Print your Time Table by clicking on Print button

›› The Tentative Time Table for MCQ based on-line summer 2021 Theory Examination is displayed on MSBTE  portal  for the information of students, institutes and all concerned.

›› The Examination shall be conducted in 2 slots of 2 hours each as displayed in the Timetable

  Slot-I - 10.00 am-12.00 noon and

  Slot-II - 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

   Students shall login and start the on-line theory examination within the slot timing.

›› The time allotted for examination is one hour (60minutes) only from the instant of start of examination.

›› Link for Examination will be available in the eligible candidate’s login strictly as per the time slot specified in the  Time Table.

››All students belonging to old schemes shall note that the theory examination shall be as per the paper codes which are offered as equivalent to the courses in old schemes and indicated on the hall ticket.

››All Affiliated AICTE and Pharmacy institutes, Heads of Examination Center, and students are hereby informed to   the Tentative Time Table for clash of days / slots / Missing Papers / Paper Code / Paper Name (Title) and intimate  the discrepancies in time table by email on timetable@msbte.com on or before 16/06/2021.

››  Examination of different semesters scheduled on the same day but in different slots shall not be considered a clash.

All India Council for Technical Education Accredited Engineering and Pharmaceutical) course will be conducted online for all year students using Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).
